Juliane Frey becomes Head of Quality Management

CRS medical reorganises internal processes

At the end of last year, a change took place in the area of quality management at CRS medical. In this process, Juliane Frey, previously Director Digitalisation & Communication, took on additional responsibility for quality management. The aim is to more closely integrate quality management as an internal shared service centre with the operational departments in order to increase efficiency and quality.

Juliane Frey has been with the company since 2018 and has been a member of CRS medical's three-person director level since 2021. In her expanded role as Director Digitalisation, Quality & Communication, she pursues a clear mission: to make processes within the company more centralised, efficient and user-friendly. A particular focus here is on integrating quality management more deeply into everyday working life and sensitising employees to quality-related topics.

A central component of its strategy is to create synergies by combining the areas of digitalisation, communication and quality management. This should not only promote internal collaboration, but also improve communication with customers. ‘Our aim is to further increase the quality of our work and at the same time raise customer satisfaction to a new level,’ explains Juliane Frey.

With a view to the coming years, the focus is on the continuous further development of the company. CRS medical sees the new corporate structure as a decisive step towards meeting the constantly growing demands of the medical technology industry. Particularly in times of increasing digitalisation and stricter regulatory requirements, the combination of technological progress and quality awareness is a key to success.

With this strategic development, the company is focusing on digitalisation, process quality and customer-oriented communication - a decisive step for sustainable growth and long-term success.
