First Legal & Regulatory Network Event of the Asker Healthcare Group

Asker’s first Legal & Regulatory Network Event took place from April 23 to 24, 2025 - a significant milestone for cross-divisional collaboration within the Group. The two-day event was hosted by CRS medical, which made its premises in Asslar available.

The conference focused on current regulatory developments and upcoming legal changes that are of key importance to the companies of the Asker Healthcare Group. Particular attention was paid to the Medical Device Regulation (MDR), whose opportunities and challenges were discussed in depth.

In addition to the specialist focal points, the event provided a valuable platform for exchanging experiences: over 30 participants from the fields of quality management and law took the opportunity to network and share best practices. Another item on the agenda was the presentation of the Asker Management Standard, for which sustainable solutions and optimization options were jointly developed.

The workshop was organized by Martin Hillbratt, Group QA/RA Director at Asker, and Jennie Espelund, General Counsel at Asker, whose planning and moderation contributed significantly to the success of the event. The first Legal & Regulatory Network Event not only laid the foundation for closer cross-divisional cooperation, but also provided impetus for future developments within the Asker Healthcare Group.
